Kevin did a spectacular job with assistance finding a house for us. This was my first time purchasing a home, so I was a bit nervous about being paired up with a realtor (I have a real estate background myself) and not having anyone as a referral but working with Kevin turned out to be absolutely prefect. Super knowledge about the northern NJ market, he arraigned all viewings for us and within 2 months we found our house. Closing time, Kevin helped me with dozens of naive questions I had and was just incredibly patient and thorough with everything. I couldn't be happier with his level of real estate proficiency and general communications. 10 out 10 in every aspect and I am already considering getting to a financial point in the future where I can explore buying an investment property through Kevin in the future.
