Real Estate isn't just my job--it's my passion. I'm a born-and-raised New Jerseyan from Bergen County who loves helping buyers, sellers, investors, and renters alike with all their real estate needs! I've lived in Northern New Jersey my entire life, having attended public schools and University here too--so you can feel confident that you're working with someone who has a plethora of local market knowledge. Prior to becoming a Realtor(R), I spent several years working in Finance in Corporate America, including a role with a large, nationwide commercial real estate developer. As such, I have the skills and experience to help my clients evaluate real estate from a financial lens. I actively invest in real estate all over North Jersey, including flips and rental properties. Naturally, I specialize in working with investors due to my unique ability to assist with underwriting and deal analysis. 3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with both retail and investor clients alike--this includes first-time homebuyers, house-hackers, new or seasoned investors, and everyone in between!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Growing up, I always had an interest in and passion for real estate. I actually started out in real estate on the investment side when I purchased a multi-family rental property right out of college. I fell even more in love with real estate and decided it's what I wanted to do with my life full-time, so I became a Realtor® to help others buy, sell, and invest in real estate as well!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes! I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers Business School, where I graduated top of my class. I worked in Corporate America for several years before transitioning full-time into real estate, including a stint with a large, commercial real estate developer with thousands of units. As such, I have both the experience and technical skills to be able to identify and underwrite great investment properties. I also still personally invest in flips, buy-and-hold multi-family rental properties, and more!
