We were under a tight timeline and Kevin was able to help us find the perfect place within a week's time...seriously, this guy would see a new listing on the market and we'd be checking it out with Kevin in person within an hour. We purchased a foreclosure on a VA loan and Kevin went above and beyond, working with our lender and the seller's agent to ensure that we could pass the VA's inspection/appraisal. Thanks to him stepping in and persuading the HOA to put a rush on the last piece of the puzzle to get us to closing, we were able to close on the house 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The selling realtor was Kevin and a couple months later, we were in our beautiful new home! We really appreciated Kevins help in purchasing our home, which had been foreclosed and required a few more hoops than a different house would have. Less than a year later, we were in the market again to purchase a home for my mother in law. We contacted Kevin and told him his work would be cut out for him :-) Our budget and wants were very different from the previous home we purchased.
