We purchased a business property and Kevin had to deal with constant issues with our lender and their delays and the frustrations of the seller agent(s); and through all that he kept the deal from falling apart. He went above what most realtors would do in that there was a zoning issue and during the rezoning request, he attended and even spoke on our behalf on why the rezoning would be beneficial for the community. In contrast, the seller agent who incorrectly listed the property zoning was nowhere to be found.His local knowledge and contacts within the area is superb. We will be definitely using him for our residential purchase.
