My mother was wanting to sell her home in Florida and a friend of mine recommended Kevin Howard. He is located out of Vero Beach Florida. Kevin is a very nice man, very professional and informative. Finding ones way in the war zone that is todays South Florida housing market is no lark. To prevail one must move promptly when the right property presents itself. Fortunately, we were guided to successful home ownership by Kevin Howards housing acumen. When our present home went on the market on a Wednesday night at 9:15 it was Kevin who had us first in line (ahead of 9 other buyers) to see the property the next morning; but that was only the start! Kevin somehow convinced the seller to take our offer at list price! (I was prepared to go $50,000 over) When we walked through the door the next morning Kevin had a contract in hand and we had a new home!
