I know some agents can be so eager for a listing they promise a larger than reasonable price point which ends up being a long process with a much lower sale price. Your agent helped me determine a fair listing price and your access to markets outside of the area proved to be valuable to finding a buyer. The agent was friendly, personable, and I would not hesitate to use her again and again

I live out of state and thought to sell a home in a small town you have to retain a realtor from that town. Boy was I wrong. 2 years later after 2 hometown realtors, and only 1 offer that fell through, decided to look outside of Shamokin and googled "Best Realtors in the area". Michael Kisner of Berkshire Hathaway Hodrick appears. Within 9 months land credible offer at full asking price (after way more many showings compared to prior realtors). It wasn't the speed of the offer, but rather the various tools Mike Kissner had at his disposal with Hodrick realty that EXTREMELY differentiated themselves from the small town realtors. Things like immediate email feedback from prospective buyers, local and national email marketing campaigns that featured my home on Berkshire Hathaway's vast number of company and partner company websites, and Mike Kissner's vested personal involvement with the sale of my childhood home. The other hometown realtors were silent in there follow-ups and feedback with me, compared to Mike Kisner and Hodrick realty. And Mike Kissner Hodrick were by far the most competitively priced versus the small town realtors, where I was able to keep more $ and equity yet obtained SUPERIOR service from Mike Kisner Hodrick.
