I have now had the pleasure of working with him to complete the sale of two of my homes in Austin, and each time Kevin has gone above and beyond my expectations of what an agent can achieve for their clients. He definitely gave us the white glove treatment, as my wife and I had already moved out of state and were no longer occupying our Texas house; Kevin would consistently go to our property to water the lawn, coordinate lawn care services, and generally check to make sure everything was ok with the house. While the house was on the market, Kevin was communicative (but not annoyingly so), and never pressured us into taking an offer we weren't fully comfortable with. Kevin helped me to sell my condo after a long, frustrating period of time trying to work with another agent. Kevin had intimate knowledge of my condo complex and dealing with the HOA and Property Management company, which helped to expedite obtainment of key documents and deciding on a realistic listing price based on comps in the complex and the condition of my unit. Kevin was proactive from the very first meeting we had, suggesting simple & cost effective, yet valuable upgrades to my unit that would make it stand out from the moment a prospective buyer approached the building and throughout their walkthrough of the interior. Since he already knew the color codes from the HOA, he met me on day 2 to help me restain our front and back porch as well as touch up the paint chipped railings that were an obvious eyesore overlooked by my previous agent. He also repainted my front and back doors and helped me hang a few cabinets in the bathrooms! Kevin helped to expedite an interior paint job, a new carpet install, and staging the unit, which all resulted in an extremely quick turnaround from when I parted ways with my previous agent to when he relisted the unit and made it ready for showings again.
