ZillowVERIFIEDKevin Green did an exceptional job as my realtor. Having read all of his reviews on Zillow, I could not believe that everyone was giving him perfect scores. Now, I know why. 1. Experience: Kevins 19-year experience really shines after the first few interactions. While some other realtors may ask you to fill out surveys to get a sense of your home and location interests, Kevin masterfully completes his own survey at each viewing. Every two to three weeks or after every home showing, he would adjust his MLS search criteria to meet my style. In the end, I bought a home which was suggested by his search criteria after 10 weeks of fine-tuning. 2. Social IQ: Kevin knows and understands people which is a big part of the buying process. Seller, buyer, inspector, lender, loan officer, etc. He has worked with so many different people that he remains confident about a positive outcome irrespective of negative interactions with particular people. We did not have a smooth closing experience, yet he remained focused on the goal while acknowledging my disappointments. He helped me remain grounded and focused while issues with my loan officer and inspector were not going to plan. 3. Dedication and Professionalism: Always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. When he didnt know the answer, he would say aEURoeI dont know but Ill try to find out,aEUR? and he would make every effort to find an answer. He always arrived early to our viewings. 4. Honesty: This was very big with me. Kevin caught on early that I cared more about honesty than anything else. He was truthful with me all the way. I value this more than anything else. He was honest when a house was not up to par or when a house was overpriced. Although there is an inherent bias in his role as a realtor, he worked very hard to focus on me as the client. 5. General home structural knowledge: Though not an architect or a home inspector, Kevin processes a very sound general knowledge about homes and their structure. He walks through the home with a very critical eye and is keenly aware of potential issues. Overall, very happy to have had him work alongside me during a very stressful but exciting process.
