When we finally found the right one, he prepared a solid offer. While the offer was beat by another buyer, Kevin did advise that we prepare a backup offer which was later accepted. Kevin was available during the entire escrow/closing process and helped advise me on items found during due diligence. Overall, I feel that he made this purchase one of the smoothest home purchases I may ever experience.One final note - My budget was not very high for my home purchase, but Kevin never treated me any different from any other client. Any message I sent, he replied immediately. Any viewing we scheduled, he showed up on time. I know he was balancing multiple other clients, but I never felt less valued. This can be rare in any industry. I would gladly recommend Kevin to any friend or family member.
