He continuously went above and far beyond, dealing with difficult buyers and sellers. We needed to sell before buying, so he offered to let us stay at his property if we needed it. When the color of a room in a picture didn't look right, he got it fixed. He worked diligently and creatively to solve issues with buyers' unreasonable demands regarding inspection results and closing costs. They insisted on radon mitigation and Kevin took care of it, reassuring us it would pass re-test before closing (he was right). In the scramble before closing he negotiated with the sellers to let us store some things the movers wouldn't take in their garage. The sellers wouldn't remove a lot of junk in the house and on the property. Kevin and his friends personally hauled it away.
