Her recommended lender did a fantastic job helping me navigate through the complicated lending process while providing advice and answering questions on whether a particular property was a good fit. Jasmine handled complicated negotiations with the sellers Real Estate agent that was representing an investor that kept saying one thing and then weeks later changing their mind forcing us to renegotiate key components of the deal over several weeks. Jasmine kept the deal alive and helped me manage through the complicated escrow process that had its own set of challenges. My Daughter and I are so grateful for Jasmins dedication and support that resulted in me becoming a first time homeowner.
