I had a great experience working with Kevin and his team when purchasing my first home. Kevin has excellent micro-level knowledge of the Westside, where I was looking, and plenty of insight on the potential value proposition of various listed properties. He spent all afternoon visiting listings with me for a long series of weekends, often both Saturday and Sunday, and offered advice on the merits of each listing we looked at. I also visited a few listings with Derrick from the team who offered good insight of his own.
