I could not have asked for a better agent than the man himself, Ed Barreto. My family and I started working together with him in December 2023 where he was referred to us by a previous agent in Hawaii. While it took a while to find a new property for ourselves, Ed tenaciously worked with us to submit a successful offer in April 2024. This was even more impressive given that the properties we were looking at were located in the Bay Area which is known for their highly competitive market. If there is one trait that we needed to value the most when working with a real estate agent, it would be communication. While Ed was strong in many other areas, his communication was exceptional. Throughout the entire process, Ed was in constant contact with us. During the house-hunting stage, he was very quick in providing us with disclosure information for properties we were interested in. This proved to be valuable for us as our offer was accepted the day after we viewed the property and reviewed the disclosures. He also went out of his way to develop a relationship with seller's agents to increase our chances of getting an offer accepted and made sure to keep us posted of our status during the offer phase. Finally, he always made sure to find time to speak with us over call or to respond to us over text whenever we had questions regarding negotiation terms or strategy. Ed is an intelligent real estate agent, but he is also humble, modest, and overall a great person to work with. During our interactions, he emitted positive vibes and a good sense of humor. He is a very open-minded person who was not only willing to listen to our concerns and expectations, but he is also willing to provide insight and strategy from his years of experience. I would highly suggest working with Ed and his real estate agent team as he knows how to get the job done while also ensuring his clients are educated and having a good time. 10/10 would work with again, and I definitely look forward to working with him and his team for my next property.

We started working with Pri when we moved to the Bay Area back in the beginning of 2022. Needless to say, the market was way too expensive for our budget at that time. However, Pri invited my wife and I to her church so we could at least be in the house of God (while we still looked for a house to live in). Pri and Juan made us feel like we were their only clients (we knew they were always working with tons of people at all times) and guided us to finally find the house to raise our family in.
