About Kevin Cracolici

I can confidently say that I know the Arizona market well; I attribute this primarily to the fact that I have been an Arizona resident for more than four decades, a Scottsdale resident for over five years, and a Mesa resident for the last 4 years in addition to the strong support structure and knowledge base provided by brokerage, HUNT/ERA and my Team, Cracolicihomes. I am an alumnus of the University of Phoenix. I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors(R) (NAR) and the WeSERV Association of Realtors(R). As a father of three, I understand the importance of providing a safe place for families to live, so I see real estate as a way of helping my clients find a place to call home; regardless of the type of family they have. Having previously owned an insurance business, I have extensive background in that industry, including sales, marketing and management; which makes me a great resource for my clients when navigating the sometimes unfamiliar processes of purchasing a new home. I enjoy giving back to the community and have volunteered at Habitat for Humanity as well as several other local charities. With the strong belief that sports provide discipline and structure, I have had the pleasure of coaching youth football and basketball with both the NYS and Pop Warner organizations for over a decade. I was in the market to find my retirement home but was overwhelmed by the prospect of looking. I contacted Zillow, and they put me in touch with Kevin Cracolici. I was really impressed with him from the first conversation because he took the time to listen to my wants and needs. He also explained the current real estate market and provided a folder outlining the buying process. He found a few properties that fit my criteria, but like all good things, not everything is a perfect fit. But with time and patience, Kevin found a property to view that fit my wish list. We put an offer in on the property, and we are now under contract. Kevin keeps the lines of communication open and is always available, which helps calm my home-buying nerves.
