Stephanie is without a doubt the best realtor in the area! As first time home buyers she helped us through every step of the process, provided excellent recommendations for mortgage brokers, inspectors, estimators, and attorneys, all of which we used and were thrilled with. David has helped us with purchasing a 2 story home in Amsterdam, NY. He was professional and had a very friendly demeanor. Helped us understand the step by step procedure of what to do in terms of necessary paperwork needed to purchase the home. He provided a copy of the inspection report of the property and pointed us to the right direction in terms of the deed, title, homeowners insurance, and taxes with regards to the property. A stranger a year ago and a trusted real estate partner from now on. Over the years I have bought and sold single families, multi families, condos and land. In so doing I've experienced the gamut of pushy, terse, inattentive, lackluster or otherwise unprofessional real estate agents. Her easy demeanor, intelligence, tenacity and grasp of the industry and market garnered my confidence straight away. Stephanie marketed and sold a nuisance multi-family for me last month in a very difficult market (Johnstown), with surprisingly positive return.
