Below is a list of things that we appreciated about him:1) He took time to explain every document that we needed to sign. When we submitted out first purchase agreement, Kevin sat with us to go over every paragraph. Kevin also made the time to review all the documents prior to closing day...this made for a smooth and quick closing appointment.2) Kevin is detail oriented and makes sure that i-s are dotted and t-s are crossed. He double checked the final numbers for us and got to the bottom of a 7$ difference in the pro-rated taxes. 3) While he is not an inspector or a contractor, he is well versed in the inner workings of a house and can provide valuable advice on the condition of the home. 4) In a market where we were competing against multiple offers, Kevin found a way to get us in to see houses that were just posted. He was quick in providing comparable sales and would also ensure that all of our offers were submitted in a timely fashion, meeting all the seller imposed deadlines.5) Our house hunting process went through a few On/Off phases. Whenever we were ready to search again, Kevin was ready to pick up where we left off, without skipping a beat.6) Kevin worked hard and showed us many, many homes to help us narrow down our criteria. He was also willing to show us houses on opposite sides of town.7) When we sold our home, Kevin summarized multiple offers for easy comparison.Kevin is a clear communicator and strives to serve his clients with dedication, integrity and enthusiasm. He sets the bar HIGH and we would HIGHLY recommend him.
