Kevin Bailey has been a licensed REALTOR(R) since 2008. He bought Missoula Realty in 2010 and converted it to an EXIT Realty Franchise the same year. Kevin has a strong business background with over 14 years of experience in management, property investing, and construction. He is successful in Residential, Commercial, and Investment property sales. His specialty is helping clients purchase investment properties and creating a profitable ROI. Whether working with novice or seasoned investors, on a single family residence or an apartment complex, Kevin has the knowledge to make dollars grow through virtually any economy. As the Owner of EXIT Realty Missoula, Kevin shares his diverse knowledge with his agents to help them develop their career in the areas they wish to specialize. Kevin understands that people don't quit their jobs - they quit their leader, and to this day Kevin has only lost one agent to a competing company. Kevin is actively involved in the Missoula Organization of REALTORS(R) (MOR) and sits on a number of committees including the Administration and Finance Committee and the Grievance Committee. He and the office are also members of the Montana Association of REALTORS(R) (MAR), the National Association of REALTORS(R) (NAR), and the Chamber of Commerce. Kevin believes that being a REALTOR(R) is about community involvement, so Kevin and his team at EXIT donate to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2.75 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes. In his personal life he is a family man with a beautiful wife and 3 wonderful children. He is a volunteer coach and sponsors numerous youth sports activities. Kevin was born and raised in Montana and takes pride in the Montana way of life.
