1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Before shopping, its very important to be pre approved with a lender so when one is ready to shop, one does not fall in love with the "one" and then find out you cannot afford it. Also, its important to be pre approved for offering a contract and being taken serious from the seller and competing against other buyers.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
For the seller, price the home according to market value. A realtor that is familiar with the area, will get you the most up to date comparisons and guide you on the asking price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Kevin is a Certified International Property Specialist, Million Guild Luxury, Land Acquisition Specialist for builders, and Certified Distress Property Specialist in Short Sales meaning he has worked with buyers and sellers worldwide. Kevin also deals in vacant land from 1/4 acre up to thousands of acres. Kevin knows the "dirt" in Florida. Kevin works a lot with investors, first time home buyers, sellers and prides himself on getting the most dollar per sq ft and less days on the market meaning more dollars in your pocket. Kevin and Christine actively work for their clients on getting the appraisal correct.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Kevin and Christine helped a seller sell their house for the most per sq foot in less than 12 hours on the market. This has been the best price since 2009.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Kevin started flipping vacant land and discovered his love for real estate. Christine has been in the customer service business for 28 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She began helping Kevin about 3 years ago and realized she loves the real estate business as well.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Keller Wiiliams Realty offers training everyday of the year. Kevin and Christine attend all National Conventions, Kevin serves as the International Agent Leadership Council member, studies the economy daily. They take part in training, coaching, mentoring in the Orlando and South Florida market centers as well as have their own personal Mastery Coach that teaches them to be better and reach above their potential.
