1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't wait... Interest rates are higher than they were two years ago, yes. However, IF interest rates drop in the future, you can always refinance your home at a lower rate and take advantage of building equity in the meantime.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Do your best to remove the emotion from the sale of your house. I understand that can be difficult, but your Realtor sees hundreds of homes every week and understand what it takes to sell a property. Pricing accurately at the start is always better than starting high and having to lower the price later on. The longer a house sits on the market, the more negative "stigma" it receives.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with clients from all stages of life! Being an investor myself, I've built a reputation as a local expert for commercial properties and income properties. I also LOVE working with first time home buyers and helping them realize the protenial for home ownership.
