About Kerry Sansone

As a Central Coast local, Kerry offers her clients intimate insight to the community. She earned an Environmental Horticulture Science Degree from Cal Poly, so pick her brain on great landscaping ideas for your new home or for options on how to add curb-appeal to your listing. Shortly after college, with lifestyle related passions and a savvy mind for business it was natural for her to pursue Real Estate. Kerry spent her first year as a licensed agent working as a transaction coordinator for a top producing local team. The experience of carrying a large volume of deals through escrow gave Kerry an impressive jumpstart into the industry. The knowledge she gained from reputable, seasoned agents still gives her an edge in negotiating for her own clients today. In addition to her solid skill-set, Kerry brings incredible creative energy to every transaction. Assisting her clients successfully navigate the real estate market is her greatest joy; the highest compliment she receives is when clients refer the people they care about to work with her. She believes that people come first; her devotion to that is: offer value, meet needs and deliver results. When she's not showing homes and negotiating terms, Kerry can be found enjoying the SLO life with her husband, Matt, and their Goldendoodles, Olive and Penny. They love to hike, garden, cook, take photos and enjoy time with their friends and family.
