I can honestly say that I probably would not have bought a home if it weren't for Kerry. She walked me through every process, made sure I was getting good deals, and looked for homes in good parts of town. I lived several hours away from my current home so Kerry went to every inspection on my behalf and would call me afterwards to tell me how it went. She's very easy to get ahold of and would always take time out of her busy schedule to answer questions. She made buying a home as seamless as possible and I'll always be thankful for that. If I ever need to purchase another home in the future, I will most certainly go through Kerry again.

Kerry Martinson is all I could have hoped for in a realtor. Knowledgeable; There is simply no aspect of the realty business that she doesn't understand, inside and out. She helped me significantly with the loan process, appraisal and closing. Buying; It took several months to get the house that I purchased. Kerry was honest with me but never tried to sway me one way or another. She noticed faults and attributes of the houses that I never would have seen. Selling; Kerry knew it would be quick and we got top dollar for my house. She handled a couple tricky situations with incredible professionalism. Professionalism; This should be Kerry's middle name.
