For 26 years, my passion has been helping boomers and seniors realize their real estate goals. Currently serving both the greater Mesquite, Nevada and Saint George, Utah areas, I provide a no-pressure approach to helping buyers and sellers but aggressive and thorough in my negotiations. I ensure a smooth real estate experience by being a stickler for details and providing top-notch services. My other passion is helping my clients make a difference. After every sale or purchase, I donate 5% of my commission earned to my client's favorite charity. When I'm not helping clients, I am usually volunteering my time, playing pickleball, or driving down a back road enjoying nature and the wildlife around us. Kerry went way beyond expectations helping us with a complicated transaction involving probate and a public auction of the property we were buying. He was always responsive and in contact during the long time periods of attorneys, document signings and court dates.. When our needs werent met by what was available in Mesquite he was quite familiar with and showed us properties in the Moapa Valley area, the house we bought is in Overton.
