We have worked with Kerry multiple times over the last 3 years. He helped us buy and sell our first home and purchase our new home this December. I cannot say enough great things about Kerry!! He walked us through all of the steps in the process, answered our questions, and was always easy to reach. Kerry helped me greatly with the remodel of our new home by introducing to multiple local contacts/subcontractors and got me into the new house multiple times to get estimates on required work. He even met with a potential plumber to get an estimate for me, because something came up last minute. So, I couldnt make the appointment. While showing our house he distracted our dog by playing with him. This might seem trivial, but its not because our dog does not like people. He loves Kerry (that is a great sign) which is very helpful in the selling process (many strangers coming and going). I think anyone would be lucky to have Kerry as their relator!!
