For examples, he went to the town hall to check permits, did the final cleaning set up, followed up on final water and gas bills, and checked the house during a cold snap. Any question, email, voice mail, inquiry of any kind we had--he could be counted on to reply or respond forthwith, and did so for us a hundred times--all before we ever even had an offer made/accepted. It was a learning experience. When we finally did find our new home, Kerry couldnt have been more helpful or attentive.. He even sat with us during our closing conference with the attorney... Something not nearly all agents do. I would recommend knowing him and working with him if you have any choice in the matter. You will not be able to do better, I doubt very much.
