Mr. Bell specializes in representing clients in the purchase or lease of office, industrial, land and income properties in the northwest metropolitan Atlanta areas including Marietta, Canton, Kennesaw, Alpharetta, Roswell, Acworth, and Woodstock. Mr. Bell started his commercial real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in 1983. After 4 years he joined Metro Brokers Real Estate and led the company in commercial transactions from 1988-1991. Atlanta Commercial Real Estate was formed in 1992. Mr. Bell has developed a commercial real estate company comprised of proven professional brokers. He and his partners have catapulted Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. into the 2002 "TOP 20 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMPANIES IN ATLANTA" as noted in the CoStar Advisor and the Atlanta Business Chronicle (May 16, 2003 issue). He has been the past Director of the Cobb County Commercial Board of Realtors, is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and a member of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Bell has consistently been a top producer in the office, land and industrial sectors of the commercial real estate business. He works on an exclusive basis with his clients most of whom are referrals and repeat business.
