I found an agent that was actually NICE TO WORK WITH! It was certainly advantageous in that I wasnt asking to see every listing that appeared for weeks & weeks on end only to buy NONE of them. I knew the property that I wanted and this nice lady helped me achieve that goal, so call it lucky, but I'm sure glad that I got to work with her. Still, I get the feeling that if I HAD been a client in need of hand holding she would have still REMAINED just as PROFESSIONAL, kind, immediately responsive and good humored throughout.
