Kerri and her team with John and Rebecca were absolutely amazing. Communication is key and Kerri communicated with us each step of the way and beyond. I have spoken with Kerri well before 9AM and well after 9PM. She was constantly accessible and answered or advised us on each part of the process. My husband and I met with Kerri and John for information before we believed we were ready to start looking for houses, but wanted more information. Kerri and John sat with us for two hours going over the entire process and provided all of the information we needed to begin our process. Not long after we actually began our search and we were supported each step of the way.
