Kent provided all the above 5 star ratings, but also with a totally positive attitude and respect towards the buyer and their agent. This goes a long way in this business. Kent assisted us with his professional advice for showing and listing our home a month before we signed with him. It was listed on Sunday night and we verbally accepted the best out of 3 offers above our listed price on Thursday, and signed the contract next day.
