We have LOTS of friends who are realtors and brokers, but are so thankful we asked Kent to help us. Our house was going to be a hard sell -- after 35 years of not upgrading or repairing, our house needed siding, flooring, replacement of bathrooms, and popcorn ceiling removal, not to mention being packed full of 35 years of stuff! Kent took it as a fun challenge, and put it on the market on a Monday. He was showing it on limited hours that Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Kent set the price as a flip, as we'd agreed, and 70-80 people showed up the first day. They were lined up down the street, causing Google maps to show a red traffic jam in front of our house. It even made the news! People were still in line and were turned away at the end of the day, and returned the following day. The same number came that next day, and more the third day. He told them to have their best offer in by 5 pm on the following Monday. We got over 30 offers (!!), which he carefully vetted. Kent negotiated for us, and got $500 over the full appraisal value (!!), in cash, a fast close, and we got to lease our home for free for the next month after closing! Totally amazing! Kent is knowledgeable, super friendly, and incredibly generous. He was with us at our closing to give guidance and help. He answered questions quickly by email in the process and helped us understand every step of the way. We love Kent and can't recommend him highly enough. Excellent person to assist you in selling or buying your home. Knows the Austin region well, and does his homework. He knows builders and those in real estate and works well with all. I first met Dyanna kinda by accident, I got in contact because of a house she was selling. I explained I wasn't planning to use a realtor, and asked if she would meet me there to see the house, she was very willing. After looking at the house she had listed, she suggested checking out another house just down the street, so we walked over and looked. Neither of those houses were the one, so she offered to put a list of other houses together in the area and price point I was looking for, said we didnt have to go look at any, but she would love to work with me.Dyanna sent me a list in about 2 hours, I was quite surprised at her quickness and the list she had put together, so I decided to give it a shot. We looked at one house, then another, that was definitely the one. Dyanna called the sellers realtor right away and made an offer, that very night she called me excited, told me they accepted! From there I did almost nothing, it seemed like I should've had more to do, but about a month and a half later I was signing papers and got my new keys! Everyone I talked to I asked if that was normal, most of them said that means you have a great realtor!A few of my brothers are thinking to buy a house pretty and I have already recommended they use Dyanna.
