During the market peak in 2003-2005 we didn't have many distressed sales but we have come full circle back to the old "RTC" days when we purchased properties at a very steep discount. I think we have another 6 or 7 months of outstanding Buying Opportunties at which time the market will turn. So, now is the time to act.
