About Kent Blake

Kent is a Columbia, Maryland native, licensed in both Maryland and Washington, DC. He's an expert in the Route 29 corridor from Baltimore County down into Washington, DC's Gold Coast and 16th Street. Kent has completed GRI, ABR designation, he has completed training from the Appraisal Institute, holds a BA in psychology from Morehouse College, and is a candidate to complete a BS in cyber security from UMUC. "Kent is skilled working with investors in both residential and commercial acquisitions. He also understands how real estate should be considered an investment for families looking to buy their first properties.
