ZillowVERIFIEDNOT TRUSTWORTHY.Behind all his glad-handing and smiles, Ken Viele is basically interested in the most profit from his transactions. At first, he was our agent with all smiles and promises of getting us a great price. However, he and his wife decided to buy our Beacon Falls home, and then he became the buyer and no longer looked out for us two seniors. He should have recommended we go to another real estate agent because it looked like a conflict of interest, but, unfortunately, we were too gullible. As the result, we did not fare well in this super-hot real estate market, so if you were to ask me, I would avoid this realtor at all costs as it might cost you in the long run.
