If there were any questions about a house, Kenneth was quick to reach lut to the realtor in charge for clarifying information. If we hadn't heard from another party after a day or so, he would follow up on our behalf to ensure things were moving along. Overall, Kenneth made the home buying process easier than it could've been. He did not make us feel pressured and helped us to find what we were looking for.
