There are very few people in this world that listen, are honest, and do the right thing. Kenneth Lowman is one of those people. Near Thanksgiving 2020 we approached another realtor who undervalued our home. Making the price lower makes the sale easier and still earns the agent/broker a commission. We knew it was undervalued, especially that a house next door sold for 1 million more than the other agent stated our home should be. Two months later we talked to Ken about listing our house. What a difference. He listened discussed a price 400 K more than the other realtor and pushed it up another 100k more when we thought it was reasonable. 30 days later, our house sold for LIST PRICE.
