We recently sold our house on Baldwin Road in Milford, NH. Kenny was our agent for the sale and also was the sale agent for the newly constructed house we were moving to. Kenny is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and ethical - his word is as good as gold. Having grown up in a family of builders has provided Kenny with a life long base of knowledge regarding all aspects of housing. We old our house to the buyers who saw it the 2nd day on the market - and although many twists and turns Kenny guided and supported us throughout the entire process. All agents take pictures of homes - but the pictures Kenny took were professional quality inside and out. At the risk of building expectations too high, considering he told us he handles over 300 texts, and hundreds of emails and phone calls each day - Kenny's response time to our messages was most often measured in minutes, not hours. It was a pleasure to work with Kenny - we received a fair price for our house and we had fun in the process. As mentioned, Kenny was also the sales agent for our beautiful new home on Boynton Hill Road in Milford, built by San-Ken Builders, Kenny's families business. Kenny was our point of contact throughout the process (we signed the P&S when the home was 80% complete). This is the 4th time we have worked with a builder on a new home - and no one else is even close to Kenny as far as responding to all of our questions and concerns. He takes great pride in the new homes San-Ken is building and truly wants all of his buyers to be happy. He accommodated all of our needs, be it access to inspect or timing of closings. As we are meeting each of our neighbors we were not surprised but highly impressed that each of them also speak glowingly of Kenny - how he cares and goes above and beyond. We were truly blessed to have Kenny working on both ends of our move.
