The thing that first made me decide to sell my home through Ken was the fact that he called me to reach out initially for our first meeting; others used texting as their first method of communication. Ken was very professional and flexible. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable as well. This was not a normal sale and there were a lot of variables that had to come together to complete this sale. Ken stayed involved and on top of all aspects and phases of this sale.
