Words do not do justice with the job Kendrick has done to land us the house of our dreams. I have worked with real estate agents in the past, purchased a condo and did some renovations, however, the experience we had with Kendrick is unmatched. He really advocated for us throughout the entire process. A real benefit to Kendrick is his personal passion to real estate - he has his own properties and has done work on them, therefore, he knows the best foundation guy, handyman, inspector, contractor, plumber, you name it, and he will help get them to your property asap if it is going to make or break the deal for you. Were buying a fixer upper and he got all of the above to the house in our 7 day contingency period. He wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with what we were buying and we were so impressed that he put the amount of work he did. Truly he went above and beyond and I want any friend or coworker of mine to use him because of how incredible the experience was. Will only be using Kendrick in the future.

If youre looking to buy a house in Santa Barbara, Kendrick is your man. We were very particular with what we were looking for and Kendrick took the time to understand our wishes.
