About Kendra Richardson

Let my 25 years of experience work for you. I've lived and worked in the Missoula community since 1995 and went to college at the University of Montana graduating with a Business Finance degree with a minor in Office Systems Management. My loyalty is proven being at Berkshire Hathaway since 1999. I've seen all types of markets and trends through the years. Community Involvement

I'm on the board for MOR4Kids a non profit giving back to the local kids in the schools. We put on 3 fundraising events and have given over $500,000 back to the community. I volunteer with many non profit events. I sit on the MECU board and help collaborate with others. I volunteer at a local high school helping when I can.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

You can catch me walking my doodle Zeke. I enjoy Orange Theory and play on a women's volleyball league.

FAMILY

I have 2 kids that I adore and you'll catch me cheering them on at sporting events. I enjoy spending time at Rock Creek fishing (or watching) my family fish.

Our experience with Kendra was exceptional. She was always responsive, no matter the time of day even before we had signed a contract with her. We felt she was very honest and upfront with us. She took the time to do her homework after first meeting with us to come up with a reasonable list price for our home. We ended up listing our home later than originally anticipated and when we did she suggested increasing the price a bit from what we had originally agreed upon. Our house was only on the market a day! Kendra was also able to facilitate a long distance closing for us for the new house we purchased. Again, this was before we had signed a contract with her.
