If youre looking for the most amazing broker, look no further than Kendra Fuchs. When we first met her, we were interviewing brokers to list my in-laws house. I had a big surgery coming up, so I had things that I needed to do and wanted to close on the house before my surgery. When other brokers couldnt guarantee they could meet my list of requirements, Kendra took the challenge. I have never met a more hard-working, kind broker whose word meant everything. The house needed quite a bit of work. Not only did Kendra have referrals for every job that was necessary, but she also followed up daily to make sure everything was going along in a timely manner. She was very conscious of the bids we received and always tried to find the least expensive subcontractors with the best workmanship. Needless to say, the house looked brand new when she listed it. I dont remember how much time passed before it was sold, but I think it was less than two weeks. For us, Kendra is a jewel. We will definitely be using her services again.
