Ken listens well, and then he follows through. He asked what I was looking for, what I didn't want, and delivered the best options. I did not feel ignored or put off in favor of bigger fish, and I felt heard. Ken and his team know the market well, at all price points, and are quick to respond! No question is too far-fetched or too dumb. And his advice on the price negotiation was spot-on. His guesstimate of the sale price to help me make my offers actually turned out to be the final sale price. Even when I balked, he encouraged. I am so grateful to have this house in which I live now. When I was offered a job on Maui in Dec 2021, I started my search for a place to live and found that rental market is impossible for renters with 2 dogs. Luckily, after many failed searches for a place to rent, I got hold of Ken Smith when I decided to buy, instead of renting. The moment I started the quest to buy, Ken and Melissa Smith have been going above and beyond in helping me secure a place so I could start my job on March 21.
