From beginning to end, Ken made the experience as smooth and painless as possible by offering objective opinions, being proactive with information, and being extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process, which can be overwhelming at times but that felt well managed with Ken's assistance. Following Ken's advice, we were able to make an offer (our first and only one) that was quickly accepted. Ken helped guide us through the inspection process, helping us to remain realistic about the work that would be required after we moved in, while remaining optimistic. In addition to all of his guidance along the way, Ken set us up with a lender, Josh Lander, who was able to beat the rates provided by several other lenders we had been working with. I would best sum up the experience by saying that Ken makes home buying as easy as it possibly could be, and I highly recommend working with him.

After living in San Diego 20 years and retiring from the Military we decided to sell our home and go fulltime in our RV. From preparing and staging our home, to the open house, to evaluating 7 offers, to choosing an offer that was $50k above ask, Ken and his team were always responsive to our needs.
