1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The very first thing is to connect with a local Realtor and local Mortgage lender to discuss your wants and needs and your monthly mortgage comfort level.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose an agent that has a proven track record of selling homes fast and for Top Dollar and knows what is happening in your local market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers looking to sell their home fast and for top Dollar moving to a new job or new location, cashing out an investment property and need their home sold. First time buyers, move up buyers , downsizing buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Home is on the market with another agent for several months and 65 showings but no offers, I suggested aggressive marketing and highlighted the positive aspects of the home and after 30 days we had a contract and went to settlement.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After 20 plus years in international logistics I was looking for a career that was more local and dealing with individuals rather than corporations and seeing how my assistance helps them in one of the biggest decisions in their lives.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Accredited buyer agent and short sale and foreclosure resource designations and I have been a student of Tom Ferry coaching for several years and I feel that it has helped me understand and listen more to my clients so I can help them with their real estate needs.
