Ken McCord

Realtor Ken grew up in Southern California and lives in City of Orange. He has one twin brother and two sisters. Attended Tustin High School where he was a varsity swimmer and water polo player. Ken helped his team win Bronze Medal in the Junior Olympics held in North Carolina. Ken obtained his Real Estate License at 18 while still attending college and began is career as one of the youngest licensees ever in the State of California. Over the years, Ken has participated in all kinds of unique and interesting transactions. His experience includes handling delayed and reverse exchanges, probate sales, bank owned, corporate relocation, corporate owned, leasing, VA, FHA, CHFA, Conventional, owner financing and extensive experience in short sales.
