Amanda went above and beyond to help me sell my mothers house. A couple of other realtors tried to say Id be likely to get $200,000 for the home because it was older and hadnt been updated. Amanda was exactly what we needed when we needed to sell my parents home. My mom had recently died and we were not handling any type of stress well. Amanda came in and told us she would handle everything and she absolutely did. She dealt with my elderly and ornery father like a rockstar. She assisted us in getting someone to do a through cleaning. She helped get above asking price for the home. When it came close to closing, she miraculously was able to handle a difficult problem with the buyers. And kept us informed all along the way. I feel that Amanda was not looking out for me and my families best interest. I do not feel that Amanda nor her team including Ken Jones were advocating for me as the client. I feel as though they wanted me to fold to every request that the buyers gave. After being informed that the buyers were not going to have a clear to close by the original closing date Amanda nor Ken listened to my request of only allowing an additional 2 weeks they kept pushing us to sign for 3 weeks. After looking over the past month and almost a half?s time of being asked to accommodate every request buyers had not once was OUR request as her clients even taken into consideration. After a phone call with the lender, Amanda, and the buyers agents broker we seem to actually be starting to make progress. I hope and pray if you chose this realty group that they do a better job at communicating with you.

Straight shooter. Daniel always responded within the hour if not immediately. Advocated aggressively in my best interest and kept the sale grounded. This was especially important in my situation.
