Ken Crotts & Company were professional and honest when listing my house. Not huge listing fees and the photographer did a fantastic job. There was multiple phone calls between myself the buyers agent and the title companies and they were handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend and use his company again. I would recommend instructions on their online realtor listing app as it was a little confusing when scheduling views. Bottom line my house sold fast and at asking price couldn't ask for better.

Terrible experience. Ken was amazing at the pitch to get he house listed. I chose him from about 40 brokers that called about wanting the listing. Really good pitch about strategic marketing, about how the previous broker didn't know how to sell the house, etc, etc. Listed for 6 months. I think I talked to Ken on the phone maybe TWO times after the getting the listing. Very few open houses and I had to always ask about getting them scheduled. 3 price reductions and no real consultation about anything. Outside flyers always ran out and I had to ask to get them restocked. After I found out a broker came to show the house, I had to go and open blinds and wipe the floors and get the house "in-shape" after a broker complained about how dark the house was - the blinds were all closed! Also, he was originally affiliated with John L Scott when he sold me on his services and thought that network would be great. A few weeks later he went out on his own and had me convert - he never warned me that would be happening when it was obviously in progress. That's highly deceptive and quite unprofessional. Look, I know selling houses is hard and I don't blame Ken for not selling my house, but I don't think the sales pitch that was made to me was what was delivered. Very little effort to to sell my house was made compared to what he told me in our first meeting. Also, I always felt like I had to poke them to get updates, nothing was proactive, always reactive. Not a quality you want in a realtor. Oh well, lesson learned.

We had such an amazing experience with Ryan Oswald as our real estate agent! He was very professional, very responsive and fought really hard for us to help us find our first home! After a couple of showings we found the house of our dreams within our budget and he really put in the extra effort to make sure we got it! I truly believe that without his help we would not have gotten that house as we were not the highest offer that was put in on it. I think it was his extra attention to detail, persuasion and attentiveness that made the sellers chose our offer over the others. I would highly recommend him (and have) to anyone I know in the market for a house.
