We successfully won the bid for our current home in a hot market because Ken's advice on purchase price was exactly right. We sold two condo's in a tough area for $15,000 to $20,000 above the going rate. Ken not only pushed the price for us, but he did extensive research that was shared with the appraiser to help the appraiser see the reason the price should be increased. He made sure he was present when the appraiser was there. Ken Bulpitt has served me well and always been willing to go the extra mile for me and for my friends to whom I referred him. He has done extraordinary things to make sure the sale finishes. My friends left Utah and their pipes broke, flooding their floor just before closing and he dealt with it!
