I needed a realtor to show me a property same day, end of day. Zillow assigned Ken to me and I am so glad they did. Getting ahold of Ken was a nightmare with all the different numbers I texted but weren't directly to him or his main number. He sent me an apartment search survey, which I filled out immediately but then he asked me to do it again despite having already done it. When I asked about a property, he only said, "The best thing for you to do is call the building and take a tour of available apartments in your price range." No help with contacting the property whatsoever, not even a number to call or even an offer to see if there was any additional information he could gather as an agent which would likely be more than I would have probably received calling myself. Turned out the property had been super underpriced on the FG website to attract attention, but it was actually way more expensive than advertised so of course I didn't tour it. The survey I completed already detailed everything I was looking for but despite having this all information, he didn't send any properties or follow up at all after that.
