When I first meet with her, she was extremely transparent (which I appreciated) when it came to my finances. Telling me specific documents to have ready prior to meeting with the lender and reminding me not to make huge purchases prior to closing. Additionally, Mrs. Rogers showed a large amount of patience with me. Often breaking down specific homebuyer terminology I was clueless on and going over/reviewed EVERY document I had to sign. I appreciated how Mrs. Rogers advocated for me when my closing date changed a few times.
