Kelsie Wetherell

Kelsie brings a wealth of information about the area, land and resources, sharing her families values and beliefs of a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity. Having 23 years of real estate experience provides you with a smooth transition into the "right fit" for your needs. Prior to joining Clearwater Properties of Idaho, (CPI) Kelsie pursued her Real Estate career in Northern California in the heart of "wine country." She became very diverse in handling all types of real estate transactions from first time buyers, to very sophisticated buyers and sellers, to short sales and foreclosures. She was one of her company's "Top Producers" and has been presented with many awards. Kelsie is delighted to be back in the Northwest and her goal is to serve the good folks in the area and their real estate needs. Kelsie has earned the Resort & Recreation Specialist Designation, GRI, ABR, and more. In her free time, she enjoys having family get togethers, walking her two dogs, bowling and golf.
