I've been involved in the real estate industry since 2007 when I began remodeling homes (check out my before and after album!). I became a licensed agent in 2012 and haven't looked back. Prior to helping people move, I spent 10 years teaching in Bismarck Public Schools and surrounding areas. My teaching background allows me to spend time explaining the buying and selling process to clients. Kelsi was recommended to us by the HR manager at the company I was being hired by. She was phenomenal to work with. She and her assistant Deb showed me numerous homes via video call and no matter the hiccups along the way, they reacted and solved every concern promptly and professionally. Even our lender commented throughout the process on how prompt and professional Kelsi was to work with and how she wished that every real-estate agent were even half as good. Thinking back, I can not think of any way that Kelsi could have provided better service, advice and representation. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and have some great agents. None even come close to Kelsi and staff.

Work with an agent that is knowledgeable, has experience and isn't afraid to go to bat for you. I can help you with all those things and more.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Get some good advice from an agent who can tell you what buyers are looking for and looking at, who have clients who are looking to buy and who has a great track record for selling homes. I believe I am that person!

I have worked with investors, buyers, sellers, family, friends, lenders. People trust me. I can help you, too!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I love helping people attain their goals in home buying and selling. I want to price the home fairly in terms of market value. I also like to educate buyers and sellers on the process so they know what to expect.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I bought a house and wanted to really dive into the world of real estate because it seemed challenging and engaging.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I was a teacher prior to real estate. I enjoy educating people on the real estate process. I also have a CRS designation and have been an agent for over 7 years.
