Kelsey always knew the right things to say when panic set in and was always available for a quick call to talk anything out. She worked so well with the other people needed in order to make the sale. She even continued to check in after closing to make sure everything was going well. She helped put us in contact with a couple brokers that she knew would get us a great rate and gave me some things to think about ahead of time and research before talking to them so I knew what questions I wanted answered. It felt as though she was just as excited about us getting our new home as we were. I can not stress enough how important it is to have full trust in your realtor since they are your go to person and the mediator of all things. Her transparency put me at ease every step of the way.
