Let me start by saying Kelly is fantastic! She's not just a fantastic realtor but a fantastic person all around. She is focused on and committed to your best interest - not hers. My wife and I reached out to Kelly initially to inquire about listing our home in order to purchase a new property we had in mind. From the start Kelly was warm and personable, informative and professional. You could tell right away that she knew how to work with people and she knew her business. Ours is a bit of a funny story, seeing as how we ended up staying in our home, through Kelly's help in opening our eyes to what we had and what our home had cleaned up to be through all of our prep on the path to listing it. We had to de-clutter, paint, clean, fix up a few things, but mainly it was a lot of elbow grease and getting rid of "stuff" that had been sitting around for years. Kelly was right there any time we had questions, needed her to take a look and give us her opinion on what to do, contractor references to help us for things like painting, deck repair, etc. She guided us through this whole process, one that we thought would only take a week but ended up stretching out almost two months due to all the work that was actually needed.
